You agree not to use DebateTrend for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

5. Payments and Fees

Some features of DebateTrend may require payment. All payments will be processed through Stripe's secure payment processing service. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

All content, features, and functionality on the DebateTrend website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of DebateTrend and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DebateTrend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bulgaria to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
